8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

sm77 provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. sm77 does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service availability. 8.2 Limitation of Liability

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Terminated accounts may not be reopened, and previously forfeited funds will not be refunded. Creating new accounts following termination is prohibited and will result in immediate closure of such accounts.
